If I've learned anything from my experience with this company it's to check the reviews!!
Like previous reviewers, I purchased goods using the Golfironheadcovers website and paid using PayPal – I received the confirmation e-mail advising delivery would be 3 – 5 working days. I finally received delivery 2 weeks later, having not had any response to my numerous e-mails during that 2 weeks.
The goods arrived but did not fit the clubs so I e-mailed requesting information in their returns policy – surprisingly, I've had no response.
AVOID using this company at all cost.
I just wonder if the company will respond when Trustpilot forwards this review………I wouldn't hold my breath.

Placed order,automatic reply to say it had been received and will be despatched 3-5working days.Money taken straight away. ….3 weeks later and no sign of order!! Company has not/ will not reply to any emails. No other way to contact this company ,no phone number or address. Have I been ripped off, I think so. Avoid placing an order.

Purchase never received. Company initially claimed item had been delivered before stopping contact altogether despite two emails to them. No refund was offered despite multiple attempts to contact and resolve. Ended up having to make a claim on Mastercard as a complete last resort. Disgusting service. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
