I found some Taylormade R11s clubs on this site and couldn't believe how much cheaper than everywhere else they were. Their website suggests a direct relationship with the factories so I was sucked in and purchased! A few days later I got cold feet on the deal and asked them if their products are genuine. The response I got from a lady called "Clare Leong" said that their products are OEM, basically, made in the same factories but not the genuine article! Fortunately, I had asked them to delay posting the goods because I was going on holiday so they hadn't despatched at this point. I asked for a full refund and they offered 90% to cover costs. I argued and they offered 92%, then 95% claiming they had incurred postage costs!! Eventually I referred it to my credit card company and fully expect to get a full refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS………………THEY ARE FAKE AND THEY WON'T OFFER YOUR MONEY BACK!
