Sent an order on 8th January 2020. Undelivered by 1st February.No reply to emails or phone calls. Unable to contact them. Does this company even exist? I'm surprised pay pal haven't done anything about them. Please do not deal with this company.

Ordered spare parts for my cart and after a couple of weeks started chasing. No answer to emails sent and only a very small window for telephone enquiries. I did manage to make tel contact.
Goods promised within 4 days, dispatch note received but after 10 days still no goods.
I have now cancelled my order and asked for full refund into my account by 28th Feb, not there yet!!

Note: the company received a "striking off notice" which was later suspended on 11th Jan 2020 by companies house which is a worry.

This is a scam company (golfcomponentsdirect.com) placed in Colyton Devon. They never respond on Mail the servers are placed in United statens not in U.K . There are one WHO anser on this phonenumber . +441404871104 (01404871104) it,s a landnumber ported in Honiton.
The man WHO Answer say that his namn is Andrew and that he should send the tracking id of the shipping but nothing happen,s. Do not pay anything to this company. Say that they should send the golf club,s first and then pay If you get the golfclub,s.

I agree with all other reviews. Not sure what the scam is but they don't answer the phone with a company name, computors are always down so unable to answer questions, promise to ring back but don't.They have 拢35 of my money for the last 2 months , I have had no goods and no refund. Don't be taken in like I was.

Ordered in stock goods. 3 days before order dispatched and a week later still no goods. Got repairs waiting to finish.

Absolutely no customer service, no reply to my emails. All you get is standard automated emails order received etc.

Shocking service for expense delivery charges.

Just a scam, got refunded through PayPal. Even got an email to tell me goods had shipped but that was just lies.

Avoid!!!

Going to Small Claims Court. And you should all do, this company must be closed down.

Avoid this Scam company. I waited for more than 2 months for my clubs before they told me on phone that they will do a refund. Nothing has happened with that so far.

I only wish I had read the Trust Pilot review before being ripped offf by this company. No answer from the email address and unable to contact them by phone. Now getting the money back via the credit card company.
Have had a refund from my credit card company. Not the first complaint about this company. Golfcomponentsdirect, even sent me another email to say my goods had just been depatched when I had told them of my intention of claiming a refund.

DO NOT USE

Impossible to contact. My husband has left several messages on an answer machine these are never responded to. Email received advising goods despatched. Surprise surprise they have never arrived. Have sent an email advising to cancel the order and refund the money, not holding my breath.
Will be contacting my credit card company and trading standards hopefully this might help some unsuspecting consumers in the future.

Fortunately paid with PayPal & am receiving a refund as they are unable to contact them either.

Absolutely shocking in this day and age. I ordered some golf bits for my husband, for an important golf tournament, which has now been and gone. After 3 weeks, even though they took my money, the goods have still not arrived and all calls/emails have been ignored. I thought it was strange, that I never even received an order confirmation email from them, at the time, only a PayPal confirmation for the payment. PayPal have now intervened and guess what? You guessed it ………they are even ignoring PayPal!!!
Seriously, PayPal should suspend their account and stop them transferring funds, until all scammed customers are reimbursed in full…………DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ON EBAY/AMAZON OR DIRECT
