last year we booked a golf trip to Florida For March 2020, with Glen Parizo for eight (8) golfers
Then the pandemic hit we waited a while we saw that it was going to last a long time, we asked for our money back.
We were told by Mr. Parizo that they could hold our monies for 15 months. we checked the contract there was nothing in that stated that,
s2ent numerous e-mails to him with no response,
WE have started to file a complaint with the Florida Attorney General, since he refused to acknowledge, our e-mails

This was our second golf excursion booked through golfzoo. The accommodations were excellent, the golf courses were superb, the instructions and directions were spot on. There were absolutely no surprises and we will undoubtedly book through golfzoo again next year.

As many people I lead a very busy professional life. Golf is my go to activity that makes it all worth while. Ive been travelling to various golf destination, Orlando is one of my favorite. This year I elected to work with Golfzoo for my November golf and it was perfect: quick, efficient and results. We played 12 rounds (6 were replay) in six days, the courses met our expectation and every golf course were expecting us and offered attentive services. Golf Zoo knows GOLF vacations and provides tailored service to its clients. One feels like they only have you to look after and satisfy. Will be calling them again in 2018 for our group's next golf get away.

Everyone we have dealt with Golf Zoo has been very polite,and responsive. The pricing is good and we have not had any problems with the hotels or courses selected.

We recently returned from a 3 day golf trip to Orlando that was arranged by Mark at Golf Zoo. We arrived on Friday and played 18 holes at Orange County National. Mark arranged for our housing at a large private home in Kissimmee just outside of Disney. We played 36 holes on Saturday with a morning round at Waldorf Astoria and the afternoon at Grand Cypress New course. Sunday we played 36 at Champions Gate. Three of the guys stayed Monday and played at Shingle Creek before flying home in the PM. The courses mark picked were excellent and all in great shape. Given it was late November none of the courses were overseeded and there were no cart path restrictions. We had daylight till 5:40 pm and were able to complete all of our golf on Saturday and Sunday. It was all well planned. My only suggestion to Mark was offering the option of stocking the refrigerator with some basics: milk, beer, cereal, chips and more beer. We had limited time our first night to get to the market and having the basics would have been a nice touch even for the additional cost. Overall we were pleased with the trip and would definitely use Golf Zoo again.

I worked with Diana to book my bachelor party golf trip to Ireland. She booked us 3 rounds at 3 incredible courses. We played in the high season, got on in the mornings and for way less than if I had tried to book myself. I'll be using Golfzoo for all of my future golf vacation bookings.

Mark at Golf Zoo booked a perfect trip for us. The townhouse we stayed in couldn't have been better with a perfect travel distance to the courses. We played 4 days of golf and each course was in great condition and nicer than any course we get to play back home. It was my second time booking with Golf Zoo and I will continue booking with them ever year.

This is my 3rd time using Golf Zoo and I am consistently getting great service. They are very good at listening to what I am looking for in booking a golf holiday. They have found me great golf courses in the price and quality range that I look for. I will use them again in the near future.

We were scheduled to be in Hiltonhead 10/12-10/16/2016. We were to stay at Sea Pines and play Heron Point, Atlantic Dunes and Harbor Town. The Hurricane obviously caused this to be cancelled. Since then I've been trying to to a confirmation that we are rescheduled to 3/29-4/2/2017 and that all but our initial deposit of $400 is refunded till 30 days prior to the new date. I have received very little if any satisfaction from your representative Mike Alfano on either front. If this is the type of service your organization provides all of my 4some is starting to question if we should even want to reschedule. I'm very sorry I find the need to communicate with your organization in such contentious manner. If this situation is not resolved fairly quickly I will have no choice but to explore more options and you won't find them pleasant.

All went as planned without a glitch and the cost was quite reasonable. Golf courses were great, especially Wolf Creek.

An outstanding golf vacation experience from start to finish. Great golf courses with no wait times, wonderful accommodations and the best service we as a group have experienced. Very accommodating.

Overall, a great trip. Mike Alfano was easy to work with and very quick in his response to questions. Only glitch was not with Golf Zoo but one of the courses we were scheduled to play. Without telling us, they moved us to another course which we were already scheduled to play on a different day. Again, this was not a Golf Zoo issue and would definitely use them again.

We played great courses, in the correct order and at the times we wanted. Craig was accessible and easy to deal with. Even when we had to reconfigure the trip a few weeks before, there was no problem. I will definitely book through Golf Zoo again.

The stay was aweome…the hotel staff was extremely pleasant and accommodations. The gfci courses were in phenom all shape.

A great bucket list trip to 3 great golf courses Golf Zoo made it so simple and easy. I'll always use them in the future.

We are a group of golfers that live in Argentina and we have used Golfzoo for many years, and didn麓t have any problem during our trips.
This year we visited Myrtle Beach, and all the lodging and tee times were in order and no problem arised.

Travel coordinator was on top of everything, and we were supported while she was out of the office. Payments were handled and I never felt rushed. Good team work. Third time with Golf Zoo, and expect to be back again.

Our golf trip was executed without a hitch. The accommodations were very nice and the golf was varied and very good to excellent.

Everything on our golf trip to Ocean City this year was great. The house we rented was awesome. The golf courses were awesome !!!

THE COURSES WERE GREAT ACCOMMODATIONS WERE NICE. FIRST 2 DAYS HASSLE FREE THE 3RD DAY WE SHOWED UP FOR OUR TEE TIME AND WAS TOLD THERE WAS A TOURNAMENT AND WE WOULD HAVE TO PLAY THE SAME NINE HOLES TWICE UNACCEPTABLE , WE WERE TOLD BY THE PRO SHOP THAT GOLF ZOO WOULD CONTACT US WE WERE NOT,THANKS TO THOSE GUYS WE FOUND ANOTHER COURSE.THANKS TO DIANA WE WERE COMPENSATED. WE WILL USE GOLF ZOO AGAIN.

Booked a trip to Williamsburg for six guys. Awesome time and super easy to plan. Price was great. Four rounds and three nights stay for a great price. The courses were great. If we can do this again next year, I would highly recommend playing Ford's Colony all four rounds.
The link for everyone in group to pay for themselves was invaluable as a group planner.
