Beware of 鈥淧re-Order鈥?status of anything you are looking at. It means they don鈥檛 have the product on hand which leads to lengthy delays in terms of when you actually get what you paid for. I ordered pants on October 25. Today is November 19th. No pants. Conversely, I ordered a pair of golf shoes and they arrived within a few days.

Made one order with them for a JL windbreaker vest. Size was a lot different than previous JL products I have purchased in the same but i know JF can run down a size when it comes to their slim fit. It did arrive roughly on time and quality seemed about right. A bit lighter than described.

I am personally wary of all the pre-order offers. Pricing is crazy low (unbeatable) but in a pre-order scenario there would appear to be a built-in excuse for delivery delays while they enjoy the cash flow from your pre-purchase payment. I prefer to buy what is in stock.

You do get 3-4 emails a day. Which can get to be a bit much especially when you get the follow-up 鈥榳e noticed your we鈥檙e looking…鈥?or 鈥榖ut now before they are all gone…鈥?emails as well. But you can always ask to be removed.

I placed an order and received the wrong size shirt. I have tried to contact them 4 times and have heard nothing back. I am going to contest my cc payment.

Terrible customer service. Budget site with odds and ends of clearouts. Sizing is off half the time, and of my 6 orders 3 came with the wrong items. Then to address the miss ships offered credit and denied refund. Buyer beware.

Terrible customer service. They will SPAM your inbox out of control. There's some good deals to be had but buyer beware. If you need any after sales service, return, or anyone to contact you for that matter you will be waiting a long time.

Horrible company. Had to return item and did understand I had to pay return shipping but then they added another $9 for handling stating it was for the return label. So a $58 item and I will only receive $39 back and no purchase.

Not sure if this is a legitimate business. I placed an online order. They sent me an email saying they were out of some of the items and that they've issued a refund. That was about a month ago. I wrote to them 4 times and I have yet to receive a refund. They sent me an email that the refund was already issued weeks ago so not sure why it's not going thru… Do not trust this business.
