Men's SSG Datejust was NOT as described. Had hidden damage. After 2 appraisals I now realize I paid thousands of dollars more than the watch is worth.

Buying a $20k watch over the internet & wiring the funds was probably the scariest thing I have ever done. I researched the GoldWatch company and found good reviews and I can honestly say that I was pleasantly surprised. I am a very demanding engineer, who researches things beyond reason. I am not trusting by nature. My first purchase from the Gold Watch Co. was a gold Rolex Submariner with a slate diamond dial, one that was advertised as unworn. Wiring cash was a big leap of faith for me. The watch arrive as described and flawless.
Five months later, I wanted a little sportier Rolex & saw a two tone Submariner with a black diamond dial, also 鈥?never worn. I didn鈥檛 have to think twice about the purchase. I was skeptical about spend this kind of money on a Rolex on line. After I did extensive research, I found this Gold Watch Co. I found an older model Rolex for a good price, sure enough, they Fed Ex me with in two days, and just as advertised, it's like a brand new watch. The story doesn't end here……….. I am a big man. This Rolex is beautiful, but seems like I am wear a ladies watch. I called Dennis, ask him if he will take it back. After I told Dennis the reason for the return is that I want something with bigger dial. He immediately told me that he does have a mint condition new 41mm model in stock, and he offered me a killer deal, and send me a per paid Fed Ex over night label for me to return the small watch. Sure enough, another two days later, the 41mm Rolex came. Again, it's like a brand new watch! Wait…….not done yet…….. Like I mentioned before, I am a big man. This Rolex band was a little tight. Again, I called Dennis. He just ask me how many link I need., never mention money. That was Monday. Surprise! I came home Wednesday, I found Fed Ex overnight envelope in my mail box that contain that two links. I never asked him to spend that kind of money to spend on overnight mail! I have never met a company that have this kind of customer service, in the store or internet! I guess if I ever want buy another Rolex, I won't even think anywhere else, Gold Watch Company is the one! I highly recommend this company to anyone that is in the market for a pre owned Rolex. Hands down, do NOT go anyplace else to purchase a pre-owned Rolex! I did extensive research for almost 2 months on the Internet and in person, and after all was said and done, I decided to buy from this store. What an incredibly awesome experience! They were extremely fair and when I picked up my Yachtmaster yesterday, it absolutely looked brand new! Kudos to my salesman, Sam Edwards, who was just GREAT! When you're buying something as expensive as a Rolex Daytona and that online, you're not going to do that without having some understanding about the person you're dealing and exactly what they are selling .this ended up being a very simple transaction with Dennis. Best customer service ever! I would give ten stars if I could. Dennis at Goldwatchco bent over backwards to accommodate us. My husband ordered me a Mens Rolex TT Datejust for Christmas. Bless his heart he tried, but ordered the wrong watch. Dennis had no problem exchanging out the watch and even paid for return shipping. Dennis then went above and beyond after we got the second watch…and I changed my mind and wanted a different dial (yes, I am a bit of a pain). Dennis once again sent a return label (no cost to us) and exchanged watches for us without any problem. I now have my perfect dream Rolex and will be back to get my 41mm Datejust for next Christmas! Dennis a great guy, recently purchased a Rolex Submariner in Mint condition. Very skeptical at first to buy Rolex online. One phone call to Dennis made a difference, he is very knowledgable about his inventory on the back of his hand, gave me good suggestions. He never once pressured me into buying. I bought a day date president locally, and tried Craigslist to sell my current watch that I had purchased from Goldwatchco a year ago. Got real tired quickly of the scammers and all that brought. Initially it did not even occur to me that I would get most of my money back by calling Dennis, but finally I did. He told me his price and I jumped on it. He sent me a prepaid shipping lable, and I sent him my watch in the same perfect condition I got it in. The very same day, he Fed Exed me back my check. Never bought anything of this value on the web, and did a lot of research on different companies and read all the reviews. Gold Watch Co is clearly the best in this business. They offered prompt and courteous service, answered every question, taught me a bit about this unique day date President watch, and provided assurances about authenticity, warranties, and 3 days to evaluate authenticity after receiving watch. All turned out perfectly. The watch is in mint condition and came with the Rolex box, tags, booklets, appraisal, authenticity papers..perfect. Had it checked out by Rolex service in SF and it is mint…including a recent servicing. Highly recommended.
