I wouldn't even give them a 1 star if I had the option! This "company" is a complete SCAM! After spending $150 on an outfit for my birthday, plus a few others, nothing showed up until months later, looking NOTHING like what's advertised! Crappy quality, cheap material, my 13 year old could do a better job with a pillowcase! I asked for a refund and sent picture comparisons of what I received versus what they showed on their site and I was offered a store credit rather than a refund… oh and it took WEEKS for them to even respond to me! AND they had the audacity to ask me if I knew anyone who wanted the items I didn't want! Misha Premlall is probably associated with them because she's off her rocker for the 5 star review! They should be shut down because there's no way they're doing legal business.

I purchased a jacket/blazer that was suppose to be USA sized 3x. When received, the jacket was ill made, did not match the picture ( was completely different from what was ordered) and MAYBE a size small by USA sizing! I'm so angry! Never again will I order from a site like this. I'm so glad I decided to try them first by ordering just the 1 item. WHEN ARE THESE KIND OF SITES GOING TO BR IRRADICATED FROM THE INTERNET!?! This is so wrong!

I ordered a beautiful turquoise shirt and received really AN UGLY ONE, that has nothing to do with the pattern and the picture on site. No reply to my emails and questions. Very very very BAD BAD customer service

I ordered 3 blouses from this company and only 1 of them fit me. I am a size 12. I tried to return the 2 blouses that didn't fit, I emailed them and emailed them several times with no response, then when they did respond, they asked me to take a picture of the size of the items and send to them. I said, ok, sent the pictures and requested an address where to send the items. To this day, I haven't received the address or label for the return items. Please don't deal with this company. Its's not worth it.

Never get the order. I placed orders too may times but never get them. Looks like a scam for me. Just to take our money

I didn't read the reviews before I ordered The items seemed to be perfect. But other reviewers said it's not worth wearing. I don't know because I haven't received my order

What they do is take the actual photos from the real website of the designer selling the clothing, and post it on their website. So you think the photo you're looking at is what you will get. But in reality they are making a copy of the item you are viewing, without permission from the actual designer, and it is BAAAAD. Bad quality fabric, bad sew job, bad fit. It is all to get your money. I found this out because I did an intense search using lots of descriptive words for the dress I was thinking about buying that cost $21.00. Well I ended up finding the dress all right, by a Greek designer, hand sewn in Greece, and selling for $195.00 USD. The designer's website had the photo and model I had first seen on Gogroove/Ininruby/Berrylook. Unbelievable!

Don't give these thieves from China any of your money. This has gone on long enough.

Goods are nothing as in picture advertised.Cheap quality.Never have any stock then give you sad stories.and ask you to choose another item instead.If the item is not available tell you to choose something else or will give you a voucher to the value not a credit.If you choose an item in replacement and it is more you need to pay a price difference and given a different order number and then they tell you they didn't receive it even though you send the a proof of payment.Bunch of rogues.Dont ever purchase from them.I received 1 item out of 3 and it was nothing like the picture and had a flaw on it.If I was to return it it was at my own cost.Worst service ever.Everything about them is Terrible

Awful Experience, They have changed their name from Gogroov dot com to ininrubystore dot com. Everyone please write the review under the new name so they won't be able to deceive people. Even when you dispute their transaction after not hearing from them for the canceled order they provide a China address as a return address to your Bank so you won't be able to get your money bank despite for returning the package back to their Warehouse in California (The same address that you received it from) ! It's shameful.

Not even one star – don鈥檛 go anywhere near them they take your money and the goods are nothing like the garments in the pictures. Cheap polyester fabrics and you can鈥檛 email them as ALL emails come bac- even the one used by PayPal!! So PLEASE don鈥檛 waste you money – they should be shut down – never again!!!!!!

Package recieved after 3 months. Not the materijal stated.. really bad quality materijal.. for a refund it took 4 months and 33 mails with serveral different people who keep on copy/ paste that they are sorry for what is happening! Scam dont buy from them!!

– mid July mail received informing us that 3 are OUT of stock !
but only 2 reimbursed. I am STILL waiting for the reimbursement of the last one, of course the more expensive 44.99 $
after 30 mails, 7 contact persons… They reply to you with templates…

SURPRISE : August 2 (2 Weeks later), Paypal CLOSED the claim and said he trusts Ininruby/Gogroov !! WITHOUT transmitting any proves such as shipment mails, delivery paper signed….Not serious…what a disappointment !
August 5, and now they refuse to reopen the claim they closed, and i still do not know what their decision were based on !!

My dress arrived after 10 weeks. The fabric is so bad, it is almost plastic. And the pattern on the dress smells so bad, I throw it to the trash immediately.

Horrible experience. Did not get my dress.

Bought from this website. Never received my order!!! It's been well pass 2 months. Had to file a PayPal claim to get my money back! Don't do it!
