Caution!!! Don't buy anything!!! I bought a swim suite last week, I payed correctly and I never received the product. They don't reply to my calls and any of my emails. I wasted 40 euros and I will denounce to Police.

I ordered something from their website on 25th of February, paid successfully with my credit card. However, in their website my order appears as "payment error", and they don't respond any more. I have been trying to contact them ever since I made the purchase, and no answer.

Before I purchased we were having a conversation via email. After my payment they never answered any more.

This is a scam, there is no other name for it.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE

I purchased a bolero on Dec 5 and got a confirmation email telling me that I will soon get a shipment tracking number soon. Problem is I did not get it and then a customer service lady told me they shipped it on the cheap so no tracking number will be provided. This is shocking for I did not ask for shipping on the cheap and they promised a trackable delivery on its website in the first place. How irresponsible!

Today is Dec 20, I still have not received the parcel and the customer service was not responding with relevant shipping info over email nor picking up the phone to talk to me directly. I paid for my goods but it is in nowhere to be seen and they just kept saying in emails that they have shipped it but not checking with the courier about what is going on. How would I know if they are lying or what??

I surely will report to Paypal and credit card company to place this "shop" on black list.

Also the quality of the products is one high however some products are more expensive for my own pocket. I have bought from them until now an coat, a stylish dress and a pair of shoes and I wasn't disappointed. I hope to keep on like this and the quality of the service to be constant over time. I congratulate them for seriousness and professionalism that they proved .

I order on this website for the first time. The order come in perfect shape and the shoes and pants like in the website photos . They have a lot of clothing articles exclusivly for womens wear . The ordering sistem was easy and without any problems . The shipping dont cost me a things , it was free . The clothing has a good quality and the prices are fine . I will order again at them .and i like how they do bussines , professional work .
