When ordering from their website/app it shows there that after having a certain amount of goods the delivery is free but in fact is not true. I had to pay extra 拢37 when arrived in UK. The order was delayed by 3 weeks. The reason that people wants to buy online is because we want easy life not this stress and extra money. Is ridiculous !!! I have been a good customer ordering 拢150 up to 拢500 orders and all I get from Fashion Nova is a voucher for my next order within 30 days for free shipment (which would have been anyway if I sped more then 拢100).
I have delete it my app and thanks but no thanks. You lost another UK customer

I had ordered some items from Fashionnova on the 29th October 2019, i made sure i gave myself enough time for it to come as i have a holiday to Dubai on the 23rd November 2019. I have ordered from Fashionnova before and never once had a bad experience so i was not worried at all.
As i said i ordered my items and i was waiting to receive them. I received an email from GFS stating i owe customs fee's worth 拢27. I was shocked to see this as I've never had to pay this before. I went ahead and paid this on the 7th November 2019. The next update was that it was released to Hermes Courier the next day so the 8th November 2019. It is now the 18th November 2019 and i have had no updates in regards to where my parcel is.
When visiting the Hermes Website to check the Tracking status is still says my package is yet to be received and tracking information will be updated once received. This is the longest i have ever had to wait for a parcel from outside of the EU.
I have contacted GFS, who were very unhelpful and took no responsibility what so ever. They told me it had nothing to do with them now as they had released it to the courier and that i should contact them. I contacted Hermes who were also very unhelpful and said that Fashionnova haven't shipped it yet (which was wrong) and that they cant help me because they have nothing on there system and that they were still waiting for the package from sender.
I am now i'm limbo, and have 4 days until i fly out for my holiday. I spent a lot of money on these items including the customs fee, to just not receive it before my holiday.
This is despicable, and something i have never experienced before in my life. Such bad service and this has stopped me from ordering from Fashionnova completely! I do not need this stress before my vacation and i should not have to track down my own parcel like this.
I will write back here to update you guys on where it was left and how this was resolved, if it even gets resolved at this rate.

This was months ago, and in the end they returned my package to Fashionnova.
Do NOT give them your money.

UPDATE:
in the end my parcel came, after several emails to Fashionnova and GFS everything came in one piece. The only thing off was their sizing they鈥檝e changed it so I suggest get a size up. Even though GFS seems dodgy you get your items in the end. You鈥檙e clothes get taken through customs when you have a large sum of items and you use discount codes, it鈥檚 by law you have to pay fees and taxes

I bought an item of clothing from the brand 鈥榝ashionnova鈥?on the 24th of April 2019 but the item had still not arrived by the 19th but had been in London for two and a half weeks according to the tracking information! I鈥檓 only in Glasgow! I emailed fashionnova back on 7th of May to ask for an update to which I got no reply, then again on the 19th. In addition to emailing them I also messaged their Facebook which I got a reply to eventually and their Instagram to which I got no reply. I then got a response on the 20th from them AND the customs company who have the item. According to the tracking customs had my item for 2 and a half weeks before communicating with me to say they actually had it and that I needed to pay extra charges of another 拢15. I had no idea where it was until the 20th as they had not contacted me and i wasn鈥檛 given any link etc on the tracking to the website and wasn鈥檛 given a tracking number for the customs company/place. The time where I needed the dress has now lapsed and I don鈥檛 need it anymore and the customs people say it鈥檒l be returned to fashionnova if I don鈥檛 pay the customs charges of nearly 拢15. Fashionnova refused to refund me my money even though it was in part due to their negligence in telling me who/what company had my item. They offered me a e-gift card so I鈥檇 have to buy from them again, wait another month and pay more customs charges on something else? Eh…. great Logic fashionnova well done… DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Global freight systems Ltd (the customs company) should be ashamed of themselves for their part in this too, they claim to have contacted me back on the 2nd May and that they gave me 3 prior alerts/reminders but I checked EVERY folder in my email accounts and had ZERO communication from them until yesterday with their email with subject title 鈥榬eminder 4鈥?
