Terrible and irresponsible customer service. I sent in clothes for an exchange and they did not know they received it until I emailed them a month later. By that time, the sizes that I needed were sold out. They said they could return the one I sent in, but later told me that had been sold out also. When I asked a full refund, they only gave me a partial refund. I am so upset. I spent so much on shipping, more than the item is worth. I am never buying from them again. I want my full refund.

AVOID and don't give card details. First asked for photos of credit card, then asked for photos of ID of a 15 year old daughter. Very suspicious for a $50 purchase. Suspect someone is Phishing for ID to use at a later point.

Everything fit me perfectly! I am so happy with everything I got (just like pictures)! priced are very good and it also shipped within 4 days. This company is also very ethical with how their clothing is made. Will order again!

All my experiences with Glassons liverpool have been lovely so far – Ive ordered two products over the past month to be sent to their store for me as their location is closest for travel. They are lovely and always accommodating , however Id like to throw out a special mention to Sonja at Liverpool that I spoke to over the phone today Friday 5/6/20 – i had called the store an hour before but only received basic help which only got me half way about my queries on a certain pair of black corduroy shorts they stock – when i called back querying about fit as im short with an hourglass figure and asking about finding a size 6 she immediately told me in detail about the fit to make sure it suited my style and found a store that possibly stocked it , took my details, and gave me a call back 2 minutes later to inform she had ordered them to the store for my convenience – im very happy and waiting for their delivery so i can try and buy them

Robina town centre has some of the rudest staff I鈥檝e ever come across. I was virtually barked at in the change rooms for not taking with me one t shirt I left in there and the girl who served me at the counter continued to have a conversation over my shoulder with another staff member, didn鈥檛 look at me once.
I never leave reviews but I felt so uncomfortable in there that I had to say something.

Glassons makes reasonably priced clothes that are reasonably good quality. And they鈥檙e cute! Not sure where they stand in terms of ethical fashion though – but the clothes themselves are 8/10, a good time for sure

I really liked the clothes I got. I live in Denmark and there was no problem with the shipping. It already came after 5 days, but when the package came, I should pay both VAT and shipping. I had expected, that I was going to pay VAT, but I had already paid shipping on the website. Overall I really liked the clothes, but It can quickly become really expensive. I paid around 65 eur for the clothes and 18 eur for shipping on the website. When the clothes came I should pay 35 eur more. If you live in Europe, you can expect paying almost the same price for VAT and shipping, that you paid for the clothes.

I genuinely try to avoid going into Glassons Northlands unless I desperately need something. The customer service is awful, I have never been greeted when I have walked in, and feel as though I would be inconceiving the retail staff if I were to ask a question.

Usually when I go to Glassons it's fine, ppl are nice and I like their clothes, I have a few items of theirs that fit me perfectly, but this time when I went, as soon as I walked into the store at Eastgardens, a staff member was giving me a stink eye, like I should be there. I continue to walk around and she comes to me and says "haven't found anything yet, I suggest you go to other stores maybe you'd find better luck there, especially with a figure like that" with a rude tone and pointing to my body. Fist of all I didn't even ask for help or anything so why come up to me in the fist place, and also I don't remember asking for your opinion. Like a get that I'm not super skinny or anything but I'm also not fat, and even if I was that shouldn't be a problem, ppl should be able to walk into stores without being judged, I already find it hard to shop and get anxiety from it but this just made me feel worse. No one deserves to be treated like that, to be body shammed, I found it extremely rude of her, she obvisouly has no heart.

I am fuming! I was in Glassons, trying on clothes in the changing rooms. When I said to the lady going in, "I have 7 or 8 items, I'm not quite sure", she VERY briefly counted those items, stating I had 8. I come out after trying them on and they counted only 7 (which I must have obviously started with). They were VERY rude and harsh by saying "you have 10 minutes to find the 8th item or we are calling the cops". I clearly said to them that they can pat me down head to toe to check it's nowhere on me AND also asked them to go look through their security cameras to check that there were only 7 items in my hand and that I had only picked out 7 items throughout the store. They firmly said no they can't do that which is ridiculous. I then walked out from searching EVERYWHERE for this "8th item" and said "call the cops then cause I want them to pat me down and check the security cameras if you aren't going to" the manager then walked off and supposedly called the cops, then coming back 5mins later saying "unfortunately they aren't available and are too busy but make sure you learn from this experience and we are going to let you go". ALSO I offered to look around again and pick out all the items i tried on from memory to show that I only had 7. This has completely ruined my day and I find this very disrespectful and rude, assuming that this item had been stolen by me, which it was very obvious to them that it was no where to be seen on me, or in the changing rooms. NOT KEEN TO GO BACK AFTER THESE FALSE ACCUSATIONS!

I live in Portugal and did a purchase of 150 euros from Glassons on June, and because of delivery problems I had to cancel this order. So obviously I never reveived any clothes, but neither MY MONEY BACK. I've been fighting via e-mail with Glassons support ever since and no one seem to try to return my money. I am SUPER UPSET with this situation and just want MY MONEY BACK!!!!! I will definitely NEVER buy from them again, because I know that it is NOT a trustful brand.

Have ordered over 50 things from glassons. Shipping is always very fast (2-3 business days for NZ) and quality of clothes is consistently good. Nice styled clothes as well.

I ordered some things from Glassons online recently, I loved that they had 20% off your first online delivery, it did make me buy more than I would have otherwise. Everything I ordered came and it came the next day. The only problem I had with this site is it is very hard to tell the quality of the clothing from the pictures online and I ordered some tights which were cheap, but looked even cheaper and didn't fit like tights should. But otherwise everything was great, nice and easy.
