I bought software online from this company in January 2016 and it worked fine. Then the laptop it was installed on broke down, and I got a new computer. I emailed the company about the possibility of getting a renewal link as I had only had the software three months, and they sent me a renewal link. It didn't work, and I wasted a lot of time, with emails going back and forth to the company, trying to fix things so it would work. Finally I emailed them and asked what was different from what they sent me the first time. The reply was that the first time I had paid for it, now I had to pay for it again. Fair enough – but why waste my time sending links that wouldn't work then? So I paid for it again and long story short, I still couldn't and can't get the software working. I have tried every fix they suggested to no avail. I asked for a refund and they said it was my problem, not theirs, so no refund. My advice to you is save your time and money and do not buy from this company.
