I had ordered a sunglasses worth $30 on September 22nd. I still havenot recieved it yet on this day of October 23.
They DO NOT give a tiny rat's ass about numbers of emails. Forget the refund or updates. I am tracking the package and it says it is in Sanghai.
I would not recommend any purchases this website! I can provide with screenshots of the trasanctions if anyone is Interested.

I ordered an Acsot 10 weeks ago. I received the confirmation and that's it. No sign of the item I ordered and they won't respond to any type of communication. I chatted online with one of their associates who promised to get me answers right away. Still nothing. Be prepared to throw your money away with these folks. I'm disgusted with their business practices.

I ordered a men's XL shirt and delivery was to be in 7 to 10 days. It showed up yesterday, 2 1/2 months from date of purchase. I sent many emails asking them to cancel as the reason I needed it had come and gone. They do not respond. The shirt would not even fit a child XL. What a scam.

Bought some clothing there , the fabric was v soft and long lasting!!The customer service people were so helpful and the website has a lot of products and is organized!

Have had bad experiences at other clothing retailers…while no business is perfect..They have treated me well as a customer and thus get my business

Easy to buy and return. I bought a pair of sneakers, and I received my package in a good decent timing due to COVID. However it did no fit as expected, and I had to return it. The return was easy and I got my refund.

Can鈥檛 go wrong!! Wide selection , no shipping cost convince the no problem returns. You can trust you won鈥檛 receive a poor quality item and won鈥檛 be able to return it. Will always be a customer.

I bought a couple shirts for work and they arrived quickly and they've been durable so far. Ordered a hat the next day and it wasn't all bent up to fit in the box, it was sitting perfectly in the box. Guys at work saw the shirts and want some, so might be ordering a bunch here soon.

Horrible… a SCAM. Never shipped anything and never respond to emails or the "preferred method" of texting them. Honestly they probably just say that to sell your contact info to bullshit spam call companies. 0 stars

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS 鈥淐OMPANY!鈥?I ordered a pie of sunglasses in April. I have contacted them several times and they have even gone as far as to lie to me 2 times telling me that they have sent out 2 separate replacement pairs. Yet when I ask for a tracking number for either of the replacement pairs I never get a response. I am convinced this bunch of scammers don鈥檛 actually sell anything.

The only reason I gave it 1 star is because it would not allow me to write a review without choosing a star.
This company terrible, I ordered from them over 3 ago my money was deducted immediately and according to the website my order would ship within 3-5 days of confirmation, and reach me within 3-10 days after that. Well , it鈥檚 been over 3 weeks and it still says it鈥檚 in processing. I鈥檝e reached out to them numerous times, to no avail. Always with the promise they would look further into the matter and get back with me within 2-3 days… There is no way to talk to someone, they say it isn鈥檛 possible… please help me spread the word, before they keep stealing from people who earn the money they spend.

Wish I would have read this before. I ordered sunglasses on May 8t still have not received them it is June 18th. Do NOT order from this company.

Do NOT purchase anything from this site. Read previous reviews!! My experience is that they take your money and you NEVER see the product! Scammers!! They claim it is 鈥淚n route鈥?or in perpetual shipping. Buy elsewhere!!! There are many trustworthy sites with quality customers service and good value.
